1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you are doing so on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Services and Scoping

Synapian provides website development, mobile app development, AI solutions, automation, custom software, cloud solutions, UI/UX design, digital marketing, and landing page services.

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a written agreement between Synapian and the client. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these general terms, the signed agreement governs.

3. Intellectual Property

Ownership of code, designs, and other deliverables created for a client engagement is defined in the signed project agreement for that engagement. Open-source libraries and third-party tools used in a project remain subject to their own licenses.

4. Confidentiality

We treat project details, data, and business information you share with us as confidential. A mutual non-disclosure agreement can be put in place before detailed technical discussions if needed.

5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The content on this website is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Synapian is not liable for damages arising from website downtime or use of information on this site. Warranties related to delivered software are stated in the signed project agreement.
